CHICAGO, ILLINOIS----Billow Butler & Company, L.L.C. ("BBC"), announces the closing of the sale of Techniplas, Inc. ("Techniplas") to Trostel Specialty Elastomers Group, Inc ("Trostel"). BBC initiated and negotiated the transaction and represented the shareholders of Techniplas. Based in Ankeny, Iowa, Techniplas is a leading manufacturer of thermoplastic injection molded products to the automotive, heavy truck, fitness, medical and general industrial markets. Based in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, Trostel is the thermoplastic manufacturing arm of the Albert Trostel & Sons family of companies.
